Economist, economic historian, specialist in the field of investment financing and Eastern European markets. He advises on investment projects (financing sources) as well as enterprise restructuring. He has also worked in managerial positions in state and private companies. Full member of the renowned Thomas Jefferson Research Center located in Tbilisi.

He is a graduate of the University of Łódź, where he earned a PhD. in economics. Graduate of the Polish-Russian School at the University of Warsaw. He has guest lectured at several foreign universities. Member of the Scientific Council of the “Clean Air” Foundation, President of the Ambitious Poland Foundation.
