Active in investment and development banking since the mid-1990s, he held senior positions at leading institutions such as ING, Credit Suisse First Boston, NM Rothschild, Deloitte, and Erste Bank Group, working both in Poland and internationally on privatisations, M&A Advisory and capital markets transactions. From 2016 to 2024 he was First Deputy President of BGK, Polish Development Bank responsible for Capital Markets and Investments. He became one of the principal architects behind the creation of the Three Seas Initiative Investment Fund and served as a Member of its Supervisory Board. He is Senior Advisor and co-founder of the Three Seas Business Council.
