Expert at the Sobieski Institute in the fields of national security, intelligence services, and anti-corruption strategies.

A lawyer and a graduate of the Faculty of Law and Administration at Maria Curie-Skłodowska University in Lublin. He also completed postgraduate studies in national economic security management at Collegium Civitas.

Since 2007, he has been with the Central Anti-Corruption Bureau (CBA), where he held operational and managerial positions for over 16 years, including Head of Unit, Deputy Director and then Director of the Operational and Investigative Department, and from 2020 to 2024, Deputy Head of the. In 2024, he served as an Adviser to the Head of the CBA for International Cooperation.

He specializes in combating corruption-related crime, managing special operations, and strategic threat analysis. He oversaw the operational, technical, and analytical branches of the CBA, participated in projects securing Poland’s borders with Belarus and Russia, and took part in meetings of the Offset Committee at the Ministry of National Defence (MON).

He was involved in building partnerships with institutions such as the FBI, Ukrainian special services, and counterparts from the UK and the EU. A participant in prestigious anti-corruption events and forums such as EPAC/EACN and LEAF International Conference 2022. Head of the Polish Delegation to the 10th Session of the Conference of the United Nations Convention against Corruption held in the United States.

Honours and Decorations:
– Bronze Cross of Merit (2017) – awarded by the President of the Republic of Poland for service to the public,
– Bronze Medal for Long and Meritorious Service (2021) – for exemplary and exceptionally diligent performance of official duties,
– Centennial Medal of Poland’s Regained Independence (2022) – awarded by the President of the Republic of Poland for contributions to strengthening the sovereignty of the Republic,
– Medal of the 20th anniversary of the establishment of the Central Bureau of Investigation of the Police (CBŚP) – for cooperation in enhancing state security.

At the Sobieski Institute, he focuses on issues related to the efficiency and oversight of intelligence services, the management of security institutions as well as systemic anti-corruption mechanisms.

Privately, he is a passionate enthusiast of 20th-century history and a father of three children.
